日前雪梨大學有辦英語面談interview的講座，前往聽一聽，蠻實用的，節錄上課精華內容如下：

容易被問到的問題：

1. What is your biggest challenge so far?
2. What do you think you can offer us?

1. Outside your school study how do you spend your time?

1. What do you see yourself doing in 3~5 years time?
2. Why did you choose the career ?
3. What is your greatest weakness?

小技巧tips:

• Selling yourself & proving it
• Genuine
• Evidence, 可用STAR分析：situation-task-action-result
• Equal handshake: 用同等的力量方式和interviewer握手

• Face with body, eye contact

• Open & smile
• 事先調查、提問：when I prepared for…, I notice that… could you tell more about that?
• Dress formally

Q機智問答 ：Verbal, visual, vocal何者最重要？

Ans: Visual 55%, vocal38%, verbal7%

所以重要的不只是說的內容，如何說其實更重要。
